Can I cancel my order?
An order is eligible for cancellation if the order is not yet dispatched for delivery. You will be able to cancel the order directly on our website. Please note that once you place an order there is only a limited period of time during which you will be able to cancel your order. So, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on care@ae.carters.com.
How can I cancel my order online?
To cancel your order online, before it is dispatched, sign-in to your Account. Find your order in “My Account”. Click “View order details”. If the cancel option is available, you will find a “Cancel” button next to your order on the my Account page. Click “Cancel”, complete the form presented and submit your cancellation request. You will then receive a confirmation email.
Unfortunately, if the option to cancel is not presented to you then neither you nor our customer services team will be able to cancel the order. For details of such scenarios please check the responses to other queries in this Cancellation Policy.
I am a Guest User. Can I cancel my orders online?
If you are a guest user (i.e. you do not have an Account with us), it is not possible to cancel your order online. Please contact our customer services team; or reach out to us via email at care@ae.carters.com. We will help you to cancel your order, provided it meets the criteria for cancellation.
What type of Orders cannot be cancelled?
There are some Products which we cannot cancel, including made-to-order or otherwise customized items. Please read our Returns Policy for further information.
Can I cancel my Order after it has been dispatched?
If your items have already been dispatched, your order can no longer be cancelled.
To return a Product once your order arrives, follow the process in our Returns Policy. Please note that in such a case your delivery fee will not be refunded.
